# Billing

> Plan and billing management

The organisation `Billing` page is your central hub for managing subscription plans, payment methods, and billing information for your Vectorify organisation.

## What you'll see

When you navigate to the organisation `Billing` page, you'll find several main sections:

**Current Plan Overview** - At the top, you'll see your active subscription details, including:

* Plan name and monthly cost
* Plan description and feature list
* Links to change or cancel your subscription

**Billing Details Form** - The main configuration area where you can:

* Choose between individual or company billing
* Set your billing name and email address
* Add tax identification number (for company billing)
* Configure billing address information
* Manage payment methods

## Plan management

**Plan Information** displays your current subscription with options to:

* **Change Plan** - Upgrade or downgrade your subscription tier
* **Cancel Subscription** - End your paid plan (with warnings about feature limitations)

The system shows plan pricing, features, and descriptions to help you understand what's included in your current tier.

## Billing configuration

**Billing Type Selection** - Choose how you want to be billed:

* **Individual** - Personal billing with your name
* **Company** - Business billing with company details and optional tax ID

**Contact Information** includes:

* **Billing Name/Company Name** - Who the invoice should be addressed to
* **Billing Email** - Where invoices and billing notifications are sent
* **Tax ID Number** - Optional field for company billing to include on invoices

## Address and payment management

**Billing Address** - Required for tax calculation purposes, managed through a modal dialogue where you can update:

* Country and complete street address
* City, state/province, and ZIP code

**Payment Method** - Displays your current card information and provides options to:

* View current payment method details (card type, last four digits, expiry)
* Update payment method through a secure Stripe integration
* Change the card used for subscription billing

## Notes

All billing changes are processed securely through Stripe integration. Plan changes take effect immediately, and you'll receive email confirmations for billing updates. The page includes real-time pricing calculations and handles individual and business billing scenarios. Payment method updates use secure tokenisation to protect your financial information.
